FREE shipping throughout Italy and Europe
Standard shipping timeframes
Your order is carefully packaged and generally shipped within 3-4 business days following payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking code to monitor your parcel in real-time.
Pre-order shipping and new releases
For newly announced replicas and upcoming arrivals, shipping will take place within 3-4 business days from the exact moment the stock becomes physically available in our warehouse.
Delivery management and missed attempts
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, your order will be safely held at the nearest courier depot. You will receive an immediate notification with instructions on how to easily reschedule delivery.
European shipping rates
Shipping is completely free throughout Italy and all European Union countries. For non-EU destinations, costs are dynamically calculated and clearly shown in your shopping cart before final checkout.
Optional shipping insurance for total investment protection
To guarantee absolute peace of mind for your high-end purchase, you can activate our premium Shipping Insurance during checkout for a flat rate of €12.00.
Standard coverage limitations
Without activating this optional insurance coverage, refunds or replacements cannot be issued in the unfortunate event of a package being lost or damaged during transit.
Goods receipt protocol and conditional signature
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the external condition of the shipping box. If you notice any structural damage, punctures, or tampering, you must sign the courier's delivery receipt as "RECEIVED AS DAMAGED" or "ACCEPTED UNDER RESERVE," explicitly detailing the visible fault.
Conditions for compensation claims
Without a specific conditional signature on the receipt, we cannot initiate compensation claims with the carrier. Please note that no compensation can be provided for internal content damage if the external box arrives completely intact and no reserve was noted.
